But don't forget that WAX (WAM Research) pays a dividend of 10c pa and has nearly 4 full years of dividend reserve. At a share price of $1.03 that is a fairly safe 9.7% yield (plus more depending on the level of Franking Credits). Why take 6% from a bank??
Incidentally, what bank is paying 6% on cash?
The Commonwealth (my bank) is under 5% even on a term deposit and that locks the money in for a fixed term.
