You aren't very clever. it has been stated many times. Lindian HAVE a MINING licence and are permitted to start. They have one of the biggest REE resources (if not the biggest) in the world. Hence they have the ability to start a low cost operation and scale up gradually (with other aspiring REE producers cannot do.. because they don't have a mining licence...). This is a simpler and safer approach. Clearly they recognise they need a feasibility study though to support future funding and probably offtakes. Could you please be specific why you think rushing to production is a bad thing?
Also speed to production is important, those quickest will be the ones that stand out and remain. Those that fall behind may never get off the ground.
