For a small cap SHV has down quite well.
The last time they went to the market for money to expand was a rights issue in 1997 at 75c per share on a one for seven basis to pay for planting of 450 acres of almond orchards.
My only regret is that my cash position will likely mean that I won't be able to take up this current offer in full.
