Would be good, maybe I am reading it differently to you, experience in Industrial Environmental planning.
I see it as; this person is needed because sign-off is about to happen so we need to ensure our infrastructure and pond footprint is environmentally sensitive; or it is another requirement from local government about the current expansion permit, you report to us on the environmental plan, would have thought this would of already been covered, but who knows?
