    I think the answer " Not required at this stage" gives them a fair bit of leverage...
    We didn't require it yesterday but we do today ..
    current 5day VWAP around 1.25c and subject to SH approval they can issue 432mill shares. Another CR for 4~ 5mill at 1~1.2 C within the next few weeks?
