Think they're only trying to get to 50.1% to become majority and then they'll take control and roll the Board. They won't need to bribe as they'll just ''encourage'' any of the Chinese nationals on the major shareholders to sell or face sanctions back home. Probably need only 20% more to take the offer. Hence why I think they'll make a show of it with Chifeng rather than offering a scheme.
