As others have stated on other threads, looks like the company intends to use the funds raised from options they expect to be exercised for the near term.
No mention of a cap raise here.
I suspect given how tightly held the register is, they would like to get some drilling results out to the market before raising so they can raise at a higher price and minimise dilution.
