IMO theres no way that the carve up of 13359 and the selloff of the northern zone to Zijin has been done without the full awareness and tick of approval from the DRC government - definitely including the MoM, and very likely including FT.

We've likely won no friends with out approach, and thinking that FT is suddenly now going to come in now on our side is bonkers. He's had all the chances in the world, and has either been silent or actively supporting out opponents (promoting CKK and placing our other sworn enemy lisette on the Cominiere board). Saying he may be waiting for the ICC cases I feel is wishful thinking, and the Cominiere case is waay away from any award in any case - we'll have lost physical hold of the tenements by that time without some other resolution.

The DRC government has shown again and again that they are not our friend in this, and I doubt our litigation strategy is going to change that. If anything it will solidify their position. This MoU will fade away into the distance like all the other well advanced talks and negotiations and deals the board have been trumpeting for the past years, with a good insight that this action with the MoM approving the Cominiere extension and with the approval of Manono Lithium's hold on the north occurring DURING these alleged MoU discussions. What does that tell you about the government's intent? I'll get drilled as always for my position here, but some I feel need to pull their head out of the sand. We aren't in a good place.

I just hope we haven't backed ourselves into a corner. If there is a chance to make a deal i feel we should take it. Going down the path to full ICSID resolution will end with our tenements developed by our opponents and us with empty pockets and a long belated check that will never be cashed. Let's find a negotiated outcome here - before it's too late.
