Can someone explain this resolution stuff and how to vote? I don't really understand it but from what I do get why should they get millions of free shares for "performance" when the share price is near a 12 month low? Sure we can blame manipulators, trading houses and god knows what else but MAY is awful at keeping share holders in the dark.
With the recent price action we deserve more frequent updates but instead we get less? I've never been invested in a stock that gives out updates so infrequently in a transitional period like this. If it truly is on purpose so he can get millions of free shares I am disgusted.I have no doubt in our long term success but MAYs management have rocks for brains if they think they are releasing updates at a good pace. Even small updates are better then none
