directors suspend the buy back on purpose so they can buy cheaper and when buy back resumes they will sell then they stop it to buy again and sell when buy back starts and so , i reckon they will make millions it's only them who knows when the buy back starts and stops . they do it on purpose so they can benefit themselves . to complete the %10 buyback they will have to buy more than 7.5 m shares in 6 month so next six month price gonna go up to $ 8
