I am a new holder to blg. Thankyou all for your contributions on this thread, who have (in part) informed my decision to invest in this company that is just in its infancy. I believe that under the current leadership this company could become a leader in laser technology and offer a comparative advantage.
This company:
* has the right leadership;
* is in the right market;
* has the right product offering;
* and more importantly has come at the right time.
This company is like wbt and imho represents a wise investment decision (if you have patience).
So thanks to all for your contributions.
Unlike wbt this stock remains relatively unknown. I selfishly wish to keep it that way (before inevitably the shorters and index jockeys manipulate this stock for their own selfish needs).
I'd like to conclude that the ASX is a joke. It encourages, aids and supports big money to short and hobble the normal development of companies including their access to capital. They conspire to assist big money to acquire companies at a discount.
Compulsory superannuation with nowhere else to go pumps up (artificially) any index stocks. Equally the financial mafia makes billions shorting. Companies with potential are often shorted within an inch of their life before interested parties swoop in with low ball take over offers hobbling a company before it has reached its ultimate potential.
I urge you to at least hold or alternatively resist this protection racket designed so you (the retail holder) loses.
Despite our comparative holdings, together we can dictate and influence the final outcome.
