those are historical dividends, not future dividends.
So basically historical dividends are 6.7% dividend yield, but FUTURE dividends will be lower as the full effect of interest rate expenses come through into future periods, which will reduce the ability to pay the historical dividend.
So future dividends lower than 6.7%!!!
Where is my margin of safety???
Hence why I am patiently waiting....
No need to buy yet....
Wait for the right pitch....
Maybe around $2.00 I will start buying.
