Yep, that's why this performance rights etc needs to be reworked. The average shareholder is completely in the dark re: the KOA asset for US/Europe. For all we know PR could have BP lined up for an auction come 2025. The performance target of 40% compound will look ridiculously low off a 43 cent start price.
Salary and existing shares aside, I'm ok with them getting some performance rights but certainly not an unquantifiable additional rights for doing their job. There is no way an independent consultant came up with this part imo. How the board signed off on this is unbelievable!
