Re my last post, I should have said ( see UPPER CASE) ....
If the t/h is simply due to a drilling rig mechanical problem that has occured, then I can't see how it can take 24 hours to report it. A simple sentence would suffice. If the t/h is related to an update on the drilling results to date, then based on my and other's experience ( which may count for nothing) its generally the case that IF THE RESULTS ARE POOR then such results don't prompt a t/h.
