At the meeting last night I noted a number of specific quotes by both Kate Jones and John Bradley that I was surprised a politician would use in a public forum, some of them were as follows:-

"we (being DERM and the Government) were really angry with Cougar"

"Cougar would be prosectued to the full extent of the Law"

"DERM have a successful track record in prosecuting companies that have breached their environmental responsibilities"

"Cougar we bear the cost of shutting down the plant and rectifying the site"

It is very clear that Cougar is going to be prosecuted.
