The heat and pain is getting to me as well..
I need a few days to recover...
I do agree with a LOT that has been said on here. I can't justify it...I mean some of the actions and the resolutions put forward...some of the gaps...
As I say, it has to be addressed, too many red flags.... It will be for the good of us LT's
For anyone that is a LT or thinking along those lines...I still think this is positive from the sci side, I know the commercial side can be fixed...but it will take time. There is no way we can continue to go on like this...we will dilute ourselves into oblivion.

Ok a bit dramatic...but I mean to say is that we need to pay as much attention to the commercial corporate side as we have of the science/bio pharma side.
(We have some PARsecs to travel still)
