In Sheba 1 the patients were treated for 7 days with 250mg/m2, while in Sheba 2 for only 4 days with 250mg/m2 - almost half the dose level of bisantrene. If bisantrene is the only drug working (see 1 above) then you may expect a lower response in Sheba 2.
