Looks like the capraise is dead. Hard to believe how on-the-nose this company is.

Classic play, announce a capraise immediately after a positive announcement that gave a super-temporary sugar-hit to the SP (that was the "New data for Phase 1A CLTX CAR T brain cancer clinical trial" announcement). This way you can offer a super-generous SPP discount. Of course if you applied any meaningful VWAP to the share price, the discount would have been nominal.

Then, after the SP drops to near the SPP price, drop the next sugar-hit announcement to give the SPP a second chance at looking attractive (that was the "FDA clearance of IND for CHM 2101" announcement). That sugar-hit barely lasted a day, and after 2 days, its all gone.

I note that on the other thread, some are expecting more positive announcements prior to the SPP closing. Why?

We know exactly what is going on with CHM 1101. They are about to start enrolling the 3-6 patients that are to make up Part A of Phase 1(b). Yawn. The only thing we know for sure is that these patients won't be enrolled before the SPP closes.

We know exactly what is going on with CHM 2101. Its received FDA IND clearance and the Phase 1(a) trial won't start until next year.

We know exactly what is going on with the CoreNK platform. The + Vactosertib trial won't finish dosing the first 12 patients until at least end-2023 and results won't be announced until mid-2024 at earliest. The + standard of care to treat AML trial has already received FDA clearance but won't have recruits (let alone results) prior to the close of the SPP.

The sugar hits have come and gone. The SP is almost down to the SPP so apart from the loyal "I'll give my money to the company even if its trading below the SPP" - (both of you I guess ...) how does the $10m get raised?

And Jen contributed $5k (out of her FY23 remuneration of $3.03m) in the last capraise, just to let everyone know how confident she is about the company's prospects.
