I think it is obvious that the bonus pool approval process has been acted on now because they are ready to either put in place a final tweek at the request of a buyer or it is already in transition to a buyer/s market bidding period where a number of companies are interested in bidding for our break through memory tech. Just a suggestion not confirmed by any source. In other words - the pool bonuses are a final director remuneration adjustment before we enter the selling stage. I would like to think that all is above board rather than be sceptical of their motives.
