Just as I thought.
My intended point was that taking this (safe) approach to the D&L-1 well kill, under the control of Local Authorities, will probably take a lot longer till we get D&L-2 completed and tested.
Still - at this stage better to be sure that no further disruptions to locals occurs - possibly ending in needless legal hassles.
(The Advocate paper will no doubt miss the action)
