I think you will find that disclosure is coming because of Arturian hybrids and other higher beings becoming more involved now by mixing in with the human populations within many different roles.
There are also the very powerful people who have been cloned, these clones have no soul and can be infiltrated by a higher being soul and the clone's program can then be taken over by the residing soul.
I know it all sounds a bit farfetched, but that is what the galactic federation has been saying in recent channelings.
