Mate, ministerial signoff will not be a matter of weeks. We have just handed back to the EPA who have 4 weeks to review our response to submissions. After that its 6 weeks for the EPA to complete a draft assessment and then another 6 weeks to finalise the completion of the report and send it off to the minister who may take another few weeks.

Bare in mind these estimations are based on the unlikely assumption of the EPA keeping to their time frames (not a great track record). So all up we are probably going to be lucky to see this in March ready to go.
