I didnt think the result was that bad really. They didnt make an underlying loss and they have certainly started to turn things around.
It would be nice to know more about top ryde and I would like to know how they intend to reduce debt further, what the time frame and interest is on the Syd resi development etc.

I think all in all there are a number of questions to answer but I am not that unhappy. The FM business is looking ok and there is upside in the property. 10-1 Consol, ah its not so bad I suppose.
