I'm curious on what you think the legitimate questions are about pulling it off? Not doubting, just asking.

The way I see it is they are low debt and low cost so are pretty safe. I see the biggest impediments to roaring success is margin compression, but their low cost should limit that to some extent.

Sovereign risk is another one. And if I was NIC I'd want tsunami insurance! (Though I believe that the industrial park is high enough to avoid a tsunami, but it would still wreck most of the import/export infrastructure.)
