Interesting post, however, why would a Company interested in that 4DS mega chip, wait for the "bidding process" when they could acquire the shares in 4DS now via the ASX........unless they are only interested in acquiring the Rights to the IP and Patents without any liabilities/commitments attached, which could be sold by 4DS through the "bidding process". It can be guaranteed, that representatives from interested parties will be at the AGM.......all they need do is to acquire a few shares.
