If the JV falls through - full ownership with no real prospects of development sadly.
They wouldn't have the money to pay DEG for the remaining 20% of Beyondie I imagine... So perhaps 80% ownership.
They might be a sitting duck T/O target with the upcoming DSO resource and a fairly low market cap but I won't be holding my breath for that one.
