In my replies to you I was leaving morality aside as this is not what the Court will be looking at and I think, judging from your post above, you know that.

I was focusing on the facts - AVZ have not broken any laws and have always acted in good faith (you see? no mention of being morally right).

Also, I was pointing out that our enemies have broken all laws they could have (again, facts and nothing to do with morality).

Lastly, the DRC, with all their corruption, still belongs to the group of countries that will have to pay damages.

Again, we are gonna win billions, mark my words.

okay I agree AVZ are most likely legally right and morally right and so was Digoil and they were awarded hundreds of millions of dollars that as yet they still haven't seen in their bank account and probably never will see,
