There’s is a lot to unpack here but for the first time we’ve seen AVZ is willing to negotiate to a resolution. They need a resolution quicker than all other parties.
preliminary hearings not being heard till February; they’ll be no resolution before delisting date in early May
So much for all those “I have a house” and “I have a car” type dumb scenarios that suggested AVZ should not negotiate
