I don't know where you have got your figures from, but you have got to be kidding that Rocklands is better in either size or grade when compared to Olympic Dam. Unlike Rocklands, Olympic Dam contains large amounts of high grade copper, massive U308 (about 1/3rd of the worlds known reserves) and gold credits multiples of Rocklands. Here's Olympics Dam's Reserves from 2009:
473 Mt at 1.86% Cu, 0.60 kg/t U3O8, 0.76 g/t Au and 3.95 g/t Ag.
I can't be bothered converting the grade to a copper equivalent like CDU does, but it I think you will be able to see that Rocklands is a insignificant speck compared to Olympic Dam!
