    100% agree loui,

I personally only started investing in Jan of 2023ish so I simply applied a 3 strike rule:

    1) offtakes (imminent or coming, being finalised and as constantly reported) but then never coming and market headwinds. They were transparent on reporting it being soon but then went silent and dropped if off investor presentations etc... thereafter. If your gonna be transparent about saying its coming, when or rather if it doesnt, be transparent about why it hasnt. No disclosure of who with, just tell the market why it fell through ie the 3rd party is no longer interested or the deal became to complicated or hell even, we have steered away from offtake to focus on ramp up. Whatever, at least tell your bloody shareholders why.

    2) the resignation of BL - now again whether or not this was a "personal issue" or he was simply pushed to leave or made an assessment himself of the remaining BoDs lack to move on big opportunities remains to be seen. I guess strike 2 for me is more of a subjective viewpoint in terms of how this ship was being steered versus how its now being steered.

    3) Guidance. Again for months and months we have been told, all doing well and ramping up on target. It would have taken them 1 hour to prepare a presentable guidance report for ASX on a price sensitive drop in guidance highlighting the reason why its being missed, points on how its going to be addressed etc... rather we have been left to find out ourself through the quarterly. An while bad news isnt good to receive, its again being seen time and time again at SYA as over promise and under deliver. ie they are happy to tell us what we want to hear but when anything bad comes along the silence is amplified. An again how many times have you, split etc pointed out communication, communication, communication to the top...... Yet again ball drop and very little was said. It has huge issues for SYA too in terms of later being first 50% of production to PLL and we get whats left. It really isnt that hard to "grow a pair"or to not be insensitive to women "show some courage/guts" and say hey we arent going to get to this as expected guys. Its really better to hear it before rather than detective work finding it out later. Because not only have you found out about it, but you also see that to some lesser extent management tried to either hide it or went tone deaf on it to avoid it coming up.

Where is the forms to vote? I will vote this time, its not just gonna be passed in this time. Management need to start being accountable for their actions or rather in this case inaction on important business matters.
