Thanks for positing Dynamo, a very good read indeed. Citronen certainly has all the attributes of a world class deposit that the majors really chase hard;

BIG: Often the largest in its class - CITRONEN CHECK!

LONG LIFE: Resulting in a lasting impact on the industry - CITRONEN CHECK!

HIGH QUALITY: Usually viewed in terms of ore grade, but more correctly in terms of low production cost - CITRONEN CHECK on both accounts!

In addition to the above 3 basic characteristic of world class mines, another couple of major considerations are the location of the deposit/mine, the sovereign risk/fiscal stability, and the future market demand. Again Citronen checks all these as well!!!

The Citronen deposit, being world-class, also has very high "option-value" as its large size and long life creates the opportunity to achieve economies of scale in mining and processing which can further lowers the cut-off grade & increases the overall resource and in addition world-class deposits such as Citronen can ?grow? significantly over time. Also, Citronen can take advantage of market opportunities by quickly expanding the mine during good times, and given the expected Zinc shortage in 2016 I am sure IBG will be focusing on this. These option values add significant value to the deposit.

It is no surprise then that Nyrstar are trying to snap this up cheap now and Glencore also want control of this deposit - throw likely interest from Xstrata and BHP following release of the feasibility results and we have another Extract on our hands here!! Boom!

I am still accumulating at these ridiculously low prices and happy to wait for mine development or takeover, which ever comes first, although I am 95% certain it will be the latter!!
