Avz Just put out it’s legal update today

it didn’t complete -

Avz says it’s position is that it satisfied the conditions of the options agreement but the other side didn’t complete its obligations

so simply it’s not settled

it In And out of court and is now fighting to enforce its rights- ie make Dathomir settle!!


From yesterdays discussion it merely outlined amoungst other things why it’s layer still held the cash

if it settled there wouldn’t be any of this mess and it’s currently fighting to have its rights enforced as it claims it did settle, it’s lawyer wouldn’t be holding the cash

it’s no different to Avz claiming it owns 75 percent of dathcom and then Claiming having legal title of 75 percent—- it’s been and is before courts and icc - they are stating thier position their believe

what’s the crux of it all

It didn’t settle- Avz want it’s shares in dathcom transferred at the original price agreed- that’s why it’s in courts and tribunals- are going the contract of why it’s didn’t settle

why it want that again?

because the matter did not settle , the matter is disputed between the parties

Avz claim it settled and satisfied the conditions but it did not settle- Avz is merely stating what it believes and is fighting for-

this is what it’s fighting for— actual settlement-

ie we want our dathcom shares, this was the agreement and this is the cash for the amount we agreed- we had a contract and it did not settle
