I don't lend any credence to the last weekends figures, they are not important/relevant, but you seem keen to make out like they are worth discussing.

You then claim that the results are "not too bad at all". What are you using as a base line when things are "not too bad"?

Getting desperate about what? Are you suggesting that RPData won't show negative growth for July/August? Are you expecting this weekends auction clearance rate to rise further?
