NKLEX, as you would know I have voiced my concern about the possibility of PEN being taken over by a major player in the future.

Not really sure how to overcome it except for the directors and small investors to hold on to their shares.

Not really sure how that Shareholder Rights Plan by Uranerz works.

Any thoughts would be great.
