I've never been a person for that , but I know Arfbarf has approached a few. Doesn't share what his discussions were so what does it matter. And I'm not even sure I would catch up with members in person as I know Loui tried to reach out and I flobbed him off.

But I reckon your're right on your thoughts on the AGM resolutions. You can really only afford to rid ourselves of one director and unfortunately I reckon that has to be Brown because the Lucas would only be temporary and we probably need that sort of expertise there. He will go anyway as will Crawford with Guy probably slotting into the role quite easily and probably appropriately as we need some French / Quebec representation at that level anyway. That vote can come later through emergency nominations which can be approved later.

But its important we are not ' Rudderless ' and have at least 2 or 3.

Constitution change is definitely a NO. , and I'm not really fussed about the increased BOD remuneration if we take a high level ' Scalp ' in this process because the others will be significantly on notice and we do need the additional remuneration flexibility once the so called review is completed and we find ourselves the right candidate.

Brown has got too much on his plate with LRC , 1MC and GW1 where he's just presided over that BOD's flash refresh announcement regarding their Graphite Tenements , but couldn't see himself to doing anything remotely like that on any of our Western Australian held tenements for virtually 2 - 3 years.

So he needs to go in my view.
