If the injunction is upheld the lawsuits on Santos costs and class actions on loses from shareholders will begin..
iIt will be a sh#tshow like no other..
NOPSEMA and the govt are going to be forced to defend or pay liabilities or both for allowing the policies of approval that can be overturned by the courts.
Costs may also be bourne by the defendant for the late actions when they were aware approvals had been granted in 2020 and aware Santos costs would escalate closer to completion.
