Not a scam but likely shareholders simply not being given a true picture at any stage of the proceedings or alternately they are technically incompetent. Their biggest mistake was using a company so far away from them, they should have parked themselves close to the company they would be working with and I think it would have been successful a long time ago. That the company is Chinese is another major issue with all the GEO Political issues muddying the water and the CCP likely eyeing how they can get a slice of the pie.
