Exactly Jake0002. But, I am extremely pleased with the wording and the process involved between both companies. It was Shenzhen SinoGas that "made the specific request" to "enable them to obtain the necessary approvals." RJ's reply gave absolutely no suggestion that ICN is battling to comply. I would have liked a bit more "confidence" there, but, all looks "above board" and should satisfy the "sceptics" that such an MOU even existed and that both parties are confident that they can proceed to sign the GSA. Also gives us more time to raise some more dough to buy up at these low prices. Hopefully, the "potential downturn" in the markets, with the DOW going below 10,000 and looking sick for the next few weeks, will be over by the time that we hear further developments re the GSA. We will also have an AGM in November which is now becoming more interesting by the day. All in all, very pleased.
