So sushi, my question is who has the BOT???? J.P. MOrgan?? One of the other big institutional investors??? Who programmes it??? Where is it based??? Can we all chip in and get one and fight the down BOT by buying up??? Can anyone answer these questions for me... Did they buy a programme???

I understand how it kinda works but don't know who has them and where they live etc..
