Solar panels I have are 415 watts each and about 1.7m² so 250 of those would be just give you over 100kw. The area required for that is about 420-450 m² (20 x 22 m), that's not that big an area

Now you seem to think that the power is generated by the solar panels needs to go directly in to the EV, Wrong. The power is generated and goes in to the battery, the EV is recharged from the battery. And it's not as if there are EV's lined up charging one after another constantly
