Bit of both.
Ultimately LKE chose to partner with Lilac. It Was Lilacs job to sell their business to LKE and LKEs job to do due diligence prior to signing up.
Lilac have clearly told some porkies along the way. However, LKE should have pulled them up on those porkies. LKE have been complicit.
Also, LKE were not forthcoming to shareholders about items such as power, and LKE have made promises that have not kept.
So both Lilac and LKE are to blame
