yep , spot on and GOT know they have no case whatsoever which is why i think they may use the 45 days to neg a settlement and hope they can achieve some sort of discount.
but their bargaining position is severely weakened at this late stage.
its beyond the point now where they just walk away and pay zero, the court will allow seizure of assets if they turn their back
