I have just sent this to all the Emails listed.

Dear Sir Madam
I am an investor with Cougar Energy who are operating underground coal gasification Pilot plant in Kingaroy. I believe that the investors are the forgotten party in all of this debarcel regarding the DERM and Kate Jones

I believe that the Government has a obligation to the shareholders and Cougar Energy and start communicating with them as well and not just landholders.

I also reckon that Environment Minister Kate Jones is stirring the pot and trying to get publicity for personal gain rather than looking at the facts. I would have thought that she would be more up front and communicate directly with the company and not act like some vigilanty. All sides should be represented.

So far this has all been a one way media crucifixion of Cougar Energy but what Mrs Jones hasn't acknowledged is that there is also a 3rd party in this debarcel and that's the Shareholders who also vote. (WHERE ARE WE REPRESENTED IN ALL THIS)

We need your help in getting a fairer voice in all of this.
