I would concede they have no reputation, good or bad... which is of course incredibly risky for anyone to do business with. AKP shareholders are ultimately trusting that management has protected the company's interests adequately and has made provision for alternative plans if EM doesn't work out. With that said, it is possible for it to work out, and if the reported sizable investments are genuine, it follows they have at least a modest chance of success.

This is gambling territory, everyone should drop the paranoia and acknowledge it for the binary outcome that it is - either it goes to zero or it goes somewhere. We won't know which for some time, yet to be determined, although it is said to be imminent
