Ann: DTC Election process, page-9

I received two emails from computershare this morning (one with account number , another with control code) asking to go to carbon.computersharecas.com and complete the transfer.
once I logged in I saw different person's (not mine) name, address, email and number of shares. I could change the address, email and provide a phone number !!!

I contacted Computershare phone number listed on email (spoke with 3 different people, as I was transferred 2 times). I was told to wait for another week or so, as my information hasn't been transferred to them yet!!!

did this happen to anyone else?
