I agree Petermikel, unfortunately ASIC , like most regulatory authorities, would rather somebody did their job for them.
It is therefore imperative to garner and gather every bit of information available.
We have already seen some eye popping emails from these crooks, and have no doubt they believe they have gotten away with things.
