Quite frankly, you don't need to have any thoughts, feelings or female intuition.
Just read the announcement on 2 September where the company said it had a written expression of interest in 33000 acres of its land and expressed the opinion that $12000 per acre was the implied valuation from previous similar deals.
Get out the calculator and wait patiently for something over $1.00 per share.
