Yes I am telling you it is an untruth to say that the BoD recommended selling at $3.00. To date they have not recommended selling at any price. I am presenting this as a fact, not as an opinion.
As you know, and as has been pointed out to you on numerous occasions by others and now by myself, the BoD had the intention to recommend selling at $3.00 provided that certain conditions were met. Those conditions were not met so the board did not, and has not, recommended selling at $3.00. It's pretty simple. Not sure why you're having trouble with it.
If you believe that I am mistaken on this point could you please point out to me where the BoD recommended selling at $3.00?
