At the moment three substantial shareholders are wrestling with each other to the point SQM walking appears to be the battle objective. Even with SQM out of the picture the top 4 significant shareholders would still hold 50%. Not that I am saying SQM is walking - their intentions to stay are clear with the way their binding takeover agreement was written up.
Also, being 5-7 years away from production didn't stop plenty of LTR investors did they? Enter early to reap future benefits
