This is correct. YF suggested to me at the Shareholder lunch earlier this year there needed to be results within a specific indication(s) for the FDA to recognise Vaxinia's efficacy.
This requirement is going to need an expanded patient intake, hence the mid week announcement wherein Imugene revealed they are expanding the existing trial.

What YF did then go on to say is that he was prepared to dial up Vaxinia dosage rates to ascertain the optimal biological dosage rate, This may take some time, and indeed require even more patience. That said realising the optimal dose rate is important not only from a patient perspective, but from an economical viewpoint as well. Negating the need for extended doses of Vaxinia at lower dose rates is not ideal, if in fact the optimal dose rate can deliver the knockout punch in the first instance.

Looking forward to meeting the new CMO and other distinguished Imugene personnel mid month to discuss the progress in the all important Vaxinia (MAST) Trial. Leslie is obviously excited in having snared such experienced talent into the IMU fold.
